Sam N. Burts (1907-1982)

Samuel Newton Burts, Jr. was born in Spartanburg on June 14, 1907. He was raised up on Alabama Street and attended local public and private schools. Sam was a busy, conscientious, hard-working trial lawyer; however, he always found time to devote to those in need.
